01 / Learn simple, hands-on somatic tools
This journey is as mystical as it is practical. You will walk away with Sexological Bodywork tools and practices which you can easily integrate into your daily life to feel more connected and fulfilled in your body and sexuality. Each day we’ll explore a different theme and apply the learnings in embodied experiences to deepen intimacy with yourself and others.
02 / Experience the magic of Self Pleasure Rituals
Our daily Self Pleasure sessions is where the real magic happens. Transformation happens through embodied practice. You’ll enter a sacred space where you can meet the somatic shapes and beliefs which limit the full expression of your sexuality - and explore, unravel and open deeper parts of your body into erotic aliveness, supported by the energy of the group field.
03 / Step into the power of group initiation
In today’s society we lack the rituals, education and wisdom from our elders to initiate us into a relationship with our body, sex and genitals that is natural, heart-centered and sacred. Coming together in the flesh and having these intimate, raw and tender experiences together is how we learn. We stand side by side as we initiate and liberate ourselves - and each other.

This journey is facilitated by a team of 4 trauma- and transformation-informed sexuality professionals with a shared experience of over 3 decades of working with people’s bodies, sexuality and emotions. Our backgrounds are in Sexology, Somatics and Psychology - and we’re passionate about offering a holistic approach that is both practical and mystical and weaves science with spirituality.
Pleasure is not about “feeling good” on the surface. It’s about making friends with the shadows, holding the most tender parts of yourself and inviting them home - into the warm embrace of your body.
THE PROCESS
Self Pleasure is shadow work.
Self Pleasure isn’t glamorous. It’s snake medicine. It asks you to transform, shed your skin, die to old versions of yourself, grieve your losses and rebirth yourself into a new way of being. A way of being in your body that is authentic to you. Deeply connected to your sex, voice and truth. Alive. Empowered. Ecstatic. Free.
To transform and expand in a way that doesn’t overwhelm the capacity of your nervous system, this process is guided by the wisdom of the elements -earth, water, air, fire and ether- which balance and support our 3 pillars: Soma, Sex and Spirit.
SOMATICS
Earth & Water. Working with sexuality and pleasure requires embodied structure and flow. You’ll learn somatic and sexological bodywork tools to regulate and resource your nervous system and anchor the quality of safety from within. Practise emotional awareness, release and integration tools to become fluid and current in your emotional body and expression..
SEXUALITY
Fire & Air. After cultivating somatic foundations and emotional flow, we’ll practise disrupting limiting masturbation patterns by learning tools like genital massage and devotional, de-armouring self touch. You’ll also explore how your sexual patterns are shaped by your erotic fantasies and how you can use their wisdom to expand your capacity for aliveness and pleasure.
SPIRITUALITY
Ether. After journeying through the elements of earth, water, fire and air, you’ll drop into the 5th element of ether - pure spaciousness. Practise emptying yourself and becoming the vessel for the potency and fullness of life to move through you. We’ll work with the technologies of sex magick, ritual and embodied divination to connect sex and spirit, earth and cosmos, matter and consciousness.

SOMATIC SEX EDUCATOR / EMBODIED CONSENT COACH
I am a Somatic Sexologist and Embodied Consent practitioner with over two decades of experience working with a wide demographic of folks through a variety of modalities such as Chinese medicine, behavioural neuroscience and somatic embodiment.
Drawing from my extensive experience supporting those navigating sexual shame, boundary violations, and intimacy challenges, I am passionate about co-creating inclusive spaces for exploration, developing self-trust, felt-sense of safety and a deepening capacity for authentic pleasure and connection.

SEXOLOGICAL BODYWORKER / TEMPLE FACILITATOR
I’ve been teaching hot yoga and embodied meditation for over a decade. I work as a somatic parts work therapist, a somatic sexologist and ritual bodyworker. I run workshops, retreats and erotic temple nights in Ireland and abroad.
In the work we do together you will come home to yourself. You will learn how to listen to the ancient wisdom that lives within you. I’m a psychologist, somatic sex and relationship coach, temple artist and group facilitator. I am a passionate and intuitive being, moving between the worlds of science and the mystical, weaving psychological insights with embodied wisdom.
For over 10 years, I’ve explored and studied different pathways to liberation. For me, it was through somatic and self pleasure practices that I was finally able to reconnect to my sensations, emotions and to life itself.
I now dedicate myself to spaces in which people can meet themselves in their fullness through reconnecting with their body, essence and inner temple.

My journey with my own body has been about following the desire to move beyond the pain, depression and disconnection which shaped most of my life. I’d spent many years searching - when I discovered Self Pleasure, I finally found what I was looking for. I found the love, juice and magic at my core.
It’s through these challenges that the modality of JUICE, which is based on the elemental wisdom of nature, was birthed. Over the last 5 years I’ve distilled my own experiences & insights of many 100s of hours of study & practice, woven it with science & ancient wisdom - and created this journey in a way that supports your opening & transformation while being in service to your nervous system.
Today my relationship with myself, my body and sex is nourishing, loving, fulfilling and ecstatic - something I’d been longing for for 2 decades. I’ve dedicated my life to Self Pleasure because it’s the practice which returned all of me back home. It reminds me that Love lives here, every time I put my hands on my body. It’s my medicine, my prayer, my commitment to myself and the people I love.

Hidden Paradise is a family run and off-grid retreat centre nestled in the foothills of the Alpujarra mountain range with breathtaking views over the Sierra Nevada.

The guardians of this family run retreat center are devoted to working closely with the land, growing their own food and making offerings to maintain a harmonious relationship with nature and its spirits.

With more than 10 years of experience hosting retreats, our hosts take great pride in their food. All fresh ingredients are locally sourced and mostly organic. The menu is veggie/vegan, colourful and alive. We have 2 pools and sun loungers on site to enjoy on our breaks.

We will be held by a circular, handbuilt temple, ancient mountains, fruit trees and a fresh spring. There is a variety of sleeping options spread across the site in different buildings, cabins and treehouses which will require some walking up and down the mountain side. Prepare to immerse yourself into the magic of this place - there’s no WIFI. This is your invitation to switch off and feel yourself fully.

You are looking for therapy. This space offers education, self-exploration, inquiry and the potential for transformation. While it may have deeply therapeutic effects, it requires a level of self-responsibility and self-holding and does not replace 1:1 support.
You want to process active sexual trauma through this retreat only. This is an experiential and embodied learning space with content which may be activating or triggering. It requires a willingness to meet your edges and breathe and soften into them.
You are looking for a luxury retreat or boutique experience. This is a journey which aims to rewild the body and weave it back into its indigenous landscape. This includes being close and intimate with nature, its creatures and the elements - in a wild and magical off-grid sanctuary.

No. Everything we offer is an invitation. You know best what you need, which experiences you want to participate in and to what level. We offer tools to support you in making decisions which feel right for you in each moment.

Genital touch between participants will not be part of the guided practices - the focus is on Self Pleasure. In the temples there will be space for sensual touch, exploration & cuddling.

This space is facilitated by a team of trauma-informed sexuality experts who work with a nervous-system-sensitive approach and are able to support you in moments of challenge and dysregulation. Mainly, you will learn tools to bring yourself back into safety and relaxation if you meet an edge - which is likely. This journey is educational and experiential. While it may have deeply therapeutic effects, it does not provide or replace 1:1 support or therapy. A group container requires a level of self-holding, self-responsibility and a willingness to meet intensity and discomfort.

No matter where you are on your journey with your sexuality & pleasure, you are welcome here - both newbies and seasoned Sex Witches. The more embodiment & awareness work you have already done, the deeper you will go. If this is your first time participating in a sexuality container, I highly recommend joining JUICE Online before joining the in-person retreat.

Yes! This is a queer-loving space which welcomes free gender expression. Please be aware that we work intimately with the body - this includes the vulva, breasts/chest and the (energetic) womb space. And while I don’t subscribe to binary gender norms, conversations around identity and “womanhood” will most likely be part of it. There are full and partial scholarships available for QTBIPOC folks - please get in touch to apply.
